    Retro Soft Curls I used a hot roller set to achieve this look, but you can still do it even if you don’t have them.  Just use a curling iron and bobby pin the curls to your head to allow them to cool.1) Section hair off, and begin rolling 1” pieces with rollers or use curling iron and pin curls.2) When whole head is done, spritz with hairspray.  Leave rolled until rollers (or pinned curls) cool completely. 15-20 mins.3) Remove curlers/pins starting from the front and bottom to avoid tangling.4) Brush out to soften, and finish with hairspray and finishing serum.
